Project Overview
Scholaris is a modern School Management ERP developed by WebVishno.
Engineering Architecture & Delivery
Why We Created Scholaris ERP
WebVishno created Scholaris to solve the complexity of managing school operations across multiple disconnected systems, spreadsheets, registers, and manual processes. Schools need a centralized platform where administrators, teachers, students, and parents can access the information relevant to them from a single system.
The objective was to create a complete school management ecosystem that reduces administrative workload, improves data visibility, simplifies academic management, and provides schools with a reliable digital foundation for their daily operations.
One Platform for the Entire School
Scholaris brings multiple school functions together into one centralized ERP environment. Instead of managing admissions, attendance, fees, examinations, timetables, and communication separately, school teams can manage their workflows through a unified platform.
WebVishno designed the architecture around different user roles so every stakeholder receives a workspace appropriate to their responsibilities.
Role-Based School Workspaces
The ERP provides dedicated workspaces for different users within the school ecosystem.
Super Admin
School Admin
Teacher
Student
Parent
Each workspace is designed around the user's responsibilities and permissions, helping schools maintain better security, organization, and workflow management.
Student & Academic Management
WebVishno structured Scholaris to manage core academic and student-related information from a centralized system. Schools can organize student records, classes, sections, subjects, academic years, departments, and related academic information.
This centralized architecture helps administrators and teachers access the information they need without maintaining multiple disconnected records.
Admissions & School Registration
Scholaris provides a structured foundation for managing the school's admission and registration processes. The platform can support student inquiries, registration, admission workflows, and the movement of student information into the school's central database.
WebVishno designed the system to reduce repetitive data entry and create a more organized admission workflow.
Attendance Management
The attendance module is designed to digitize daily attendance operations for schools and teachers. Instead of relying entirely on manual registers, teachers and administrators can manage attendance records through the ERP.
The architecture can support class-wise attendance workflows, teacher attendance, attendance tracking, and centralized reporting.
Fees & Financial Management
Scholaris brings school fee-related operations into the same centralized environment. The system provides a foundation for managing student fee records, payment-related information, and administrative financial workflows.
WebVishno designed the architecture so financial information can be connected with student and academic records for better visibility and administration.
Examination & Marks Management
The examination module provides a structured environment for managing assessments, examinations, marks, and academic performance.
Teachers and administrators can work with examination-related information while maintaining student-level academic records within the centralized ERP.
Timetable & Academic Scheduling
Scholaris provides timetable and scheduling functionality to help schools organize classes, subjects, teachers, periods, and academic schedules.
WebVishno designed the system architecture to make academic scheduling easier to manage while keeping timetable information connected to the wider school management ecosystem.
Teacher Management
The ERP provides a dedicated teacher workspace where teaching staff can access the information and workflows relevant to their responsibilities.
The role-based architecture allows administrators to control permissions while giving teachers access to the tools required for attendance, academics, examinations, and classroom-related activities.
Parent & Student Access
Scholaris is designed to extend school information beyond administrators and teachers by providing dedicated student and parent access.
This creates a more connected school environment where relevant academic and student information can be made available to families through a centralized digital platform.
Communication & Notifications
WebVishno designed Scholaris with communication as an important part of the school ecosystem. The platform provides a foundation for connecting school administration with teachers, students, and parents.
Centralized communication helps schools reduce dependency on scattered communication channels and maintain important information within the school management system.
Super Admin Management
Scholaris includes a Super Admin workspace for managing the broader ERP environment and school-level administration.
The Super Admin architecture provides centralized control over institutions, users, permissions, system configuration, and operational management.
School Onboarding & Free Trial
WebVishno designed the platform around a self-service and sales-assisted onboarding model. Schools can register their institution, request a custom demo, and begin the onboarding process.
The current platform offers a 14-day free trial for institutions along with free historical data migration and staff training.
Data Migration & Staff Training
Moving from an existing school management system to a new ERP can be challenging. Scholaris addresses this through a structured onboarding approach that includes historical data migration and staff training.
WebVishno designed the onboarding workflow to reduce the operational friction involved in moving school data into a centralized digital platform.
Security & Role-Based Access
Because school ERP systems manage sensitive academic, administrative, and student information, WebVishno designed Scholaris around role-based access and permission management.
Different users can receive access according to their responsibilities, helping schools maintain better control over information and system operations.
Scalable SaaS Architecture
Scholaris is designed as a scalable school management platform that can support multiple institutions and different school environments.
The architecture provides a foundation for expanding modules, adding institutions, introducing additional roles, and integrating new school workflows as the platform grows.
Responsive & Modern User Experience
WebVishno focused on creating a clean, modern, and easy-to-use interface for Scholaris. The platform is designed around a centralized dashboard experience so administrators and other users can quickly access their most important workflows.
The website positions the product as an "iOS-smooth" workspace for CBSE, ICSE, State, and International boards.
Sales & Custom Demo System
The public website includes a dedicated sales and onboarding flow where schools can submit their school name, contact person, mobile number, email, city, student count, and message to request a callback or custom demo.
WebVishno designed this conversion-focused workflow to connect interested schools directly with the onboarding and sales process.
Support & School Onboarding
Scholaris is positioned with dedicated onboarding support, including a Super Admin account manager and 24/7 priority support. This allows schools to receive assistance beyond the initial software implementation.
WebVishno's Role
WebVishno was responsible for transforming the Scholaris concept into a structured digital School Management ERP. The development focused on creating the product architecture, role-based dashboards, school onboarding workflows, academic management modules, attendance and examination systems, centralized data management, responsive interfaces, and conversion-focused public website.
The goal was to build more than a basic school website — it was to create a scalable SaaS-based School ERP ecosystem that can support schools, administrators, teachers, students, and parents from a single platform.
Project Impact
Scholaris provides schools with a centralized digital environment for managing their core administrative and academic operations. By bringing multiple workflows into one ERP, WebVishno created a platform designed to reduce manual processes, improve information accessibility, increase administrative efficiency, and provide a stronger digital foundation for modern school management.
